Yes. Depending on what you need that's either a well-integrated third-party booking system or a custom flow with payments. I'll recommend the cheaper one when it does the job - a custom build isn't automatically the better answer.
Usually, yes. Slow sites tend to be slow for two or three specific reasons, and they're normally fixable. I'll measure yours first and tell you what's actually causing it rather than guessing.
Yes. Events need proper structured data to appear as rich results, and most sites either omit it or get it wrong. It's part of the build for anyone running a listings-heavy site.
It depends on what the site has to do. A fast site that shows what you do, where you are and when you're open is a much smaller job than one with ticketing, payments and accounts. After a free call you get a fixed price in writing, so the number doesn't move once the work starts.
