The build
Some websites need to shout. This one needed to do the opposite. Tracey's Funeral Directors serves families on the hardest days they'll have, and the site had to reflect that: calm, clear, and genuinely helpful.
I built it around the person visiting, someone who needs to know they're in caring hands and how to get in touch, without wading through anything. Respectful design, plain language, and contact routes that work first time.
